About me…
I have over fifteen years of experience in commercial law, more than ten of which has been at the Victorian Bar. My expertise extends beyond merely contentious matters to include providing advice to assist clients involved in commercial transactions, investigations and product development.
I love to go deep into a matter, the evidence and the commercial context in which it has arisen. To that end, I take pride in developing an understanding of my clients’ goals, challenges and culture as each provide context crucial to providing a pragmatic, commercial solution to the issue at hand.

I have wide experience in insurance law, acting for both insurers and corporate insureds where questions of cover and indemnity arise. I also have experience in advising in uncontentious matters such as in the context of corporate mergers and product development.
